My name is Dean Cole I have suffered through my adult life with Intrusive thoughts that have caused me to be very unstable in my mind throughout my adult life.

I also have anxiety and depression, but with the help from Doctor’s, psychologists, family and a group called As One which is a Mental Health Support Group in Hertfordshire County Council has helped me change my life.


The aim of my business is to help people who may be in a similar situation and organise a Support Group within the Mental Health Sector, who are qualified in this field.

I would also like to help charities by trying to raise funds for their different causes by holding various events.

I have a range of products on my website to which 30% of any money raised will go to that charity.

Over the last few months, I have met Mohammed Bashiruddin who has also been through some very tough times in his life, being bullied at a very early age, many personal problems of his own that also includes Mental Health.

Mohammed explained to me that he has already set up a company with two other friends called Support UK Today which is an Event management and assists good causes, individual, charitable organisations small and large to achieve their fundraising goals.

As we have spoken a little on Mental Health it is growing rapidly across society, hopefully working together we can make people more aware that this illness can be a serious threat to an individuals life, which may well include friends and family.
