Our Logo - What It Means
Every element of our logo tells a story of hope, transformation, and compassion:
🌈 The Colourful Windmill
Represents the journey of transformation - from darkness and despair to brightness and hope. Just as a windmill harnesses the power of wind to create energy, every act of kindness generates momentum that lifts people up. The vibrant colours symbolize the renewal and positive change that happens when someone receives support at their darkest moment. Like the windmill's constant turning, hope is always in motion, always renewable.
🧸 The Teddy Bear
Represents unconditional companionship and comfort in times of need. Whether it's someone struggling with mental health, a homeless person with their loyal dog, or a child in crisis, the teddy bear symbolizes the warmth, safety, and non-judgmental support we provide. It reminds us that sometimes the most powerful help comes from simply being there - a comforting presence when the world feels overwhelming.
❤️ The Heart
Represents the love, compassion, and genuine care at the core of everything we do. This isn't corporate charity - it's heartfelt action. Every product sold, every donation made, every person helped is driven by authentic love and the belief that every individual deserves dignity, support, and hope. The heart reminds us why we exist: to show people they matter.
Our Colours - Why Each Campaign Looks Different
Each of our three campaigns has its own visual identity because each tells a different part of the journey:
#SupportUKtoday (Scheme 2)
Dark background with bright colours - Represents the journey from darkness to light. When someone is in a dark place mentally or emotionally, they see hope (white text) at the end of the tunnel. The red button represents urgent crisis support - immediate help when it's needed most. The bright lime green symbolizes the brightness and growth they can find within themselves once they receive support.
#NoMeNoTrees (Scheme 3)
Calming sage and teal - Reflects nature, healing, and mental wellbeing. The green surroundings represent the therapeutic power of nature and the growth that comes from mental health support. Like trees providing shelter, oxygen, and life, mental health services provide essential support that helps people breathe again and find their roots.
#JustForMeandMyDog (Scheme 6)
Warm brown earth tones - Represents the street, the earth beneath their feet, and the unbreakable bond between homeless individuals and their loyal companions. The warm, grounded colours reflect the dignity and humanity of those experiencing homelessness, and the unconditional love between a person and their dog - often the only constant in an uncertain world.
Our design is intentionally different across campaigns because each cause has its own story to tell. This isn't inconsistency - it's purposeful storytelling through colour and design. Each visual identity honours the unique journey and needs of the people we serve.
